A cornerstone of Jian Capital’s professional approach, our external Board of Directors & Advisors comprises of selected individuals who add value to the projects we consult and have a similar cardinal direction to how we approach our business.

The Board functions to provide the firm external guidance, viewpoints on code of conduct, internal policies and governance. The firm also adopts the concept of the Tenth Man Rule where our unique external Board members act as the tenth man in the event of a need for contrarian view on a project or investment allocation by the firm.
